The Lust Experience kicked off with The System, a unapologetic self-help website that separated winners from losers. Fronted by the charismatic, yet clownish Noah Sinclair, he caused some problems in its early days. But The System is back with a rebranding, a new Noah, and the moment we’ve all been waiting for: the first seminar for The System. As the first paid ticketed event for The Lust Experience, this event should not be missed by any fans of immersive theater.

Noah Sinclair himself called Immersed today to conduct an interview. While this is not the exact interview we produced, we at Immersed are proud to publish this other interview with Mr. Sinclair.

Interviewer: So, a lot of people seem to be very excited about the 13th.

Noah: It sounds like, “A lot of people” are very smart.

Interviewer: Then you feel it will live up to the hype?

Noah: Nope, I don’t feel I know. The hype train is real my man. In fact, I have to keep having to upgrading our venue.

Interviewer: Really? It wasn’t always going to be such a large event?

Noah: Originally it was going to be an intimate affair but, and trust me I should have known this, the demand for me was too overwhelming.

Interview: Did this new and I am assuming larger venue cause you to adjust your style?

Noah: If there is one thing I have learned it’s that Noah Sinclair can be just as intimate in a small room as he can be in a very large crowd.

Interviewer: There seems to be a lot of curiosity around The System in general, will we know more about what The System is before the event?

Noah: I absolutely hate it when people do this but let me answer your question with a question. You ready?

Interviewer: Shoot.

Noah: Do you love your mother?

Interviewer: Yes…?

Noah: You don’t know if you love your mother? That’s okay. We can work with that.

Interviewer: No, I know I love her, I’m not sure what it has to do with The System.

Noah: So you love your mother?

Interviewer: Yes, of course.

Noah: There you go.

Interviewer: I’m not sure I understand.

Noah: That’s part of it too.

Interviewer: So you are saying that we will feel something, what? Primal.

Noah: Maybe I am saying you’ll remember something you either take for granted or you have forgotten.

Interviewer: Interesting.

Noah: A lot of “life” can make us dull and lose the edges that we used to need to succeed.

Interviewer: How far back are we talking?

Noah: How far you got Jack?

Interviewer: Fair enough. It seems that you yourself tend to illicit a lot of strong responses from people with your, I guess don’t know quite how to say it.

Noah: You don’t know how to say it or don’t want to say it?

Interviewer: The latter.

Noah: Say it.

Interviewer: Your personality. People seem to love or hate you.

Noah: That wasn’t so hard was it?

Interviewer: I didn’t want to upset you.

Noah: I don’t let facts have that much power over me, I simply use them to my advantage.

Interviewer: You know people feel this way about you?

Noah: I know that people are not used to someone saying and doing what they want at all times. That’s not really our problem is it?

Interviewer: Our?

Noah: Well you, me and my army.

Interviewer: Did you just say “army”? I am in your army?

Noah: People get tied down to semantics but yes, you are now in my so called, “army”, my militia, my sewing circle, I don’t care what you call it but I showed you something, you responded and now I like you a little more than I did two minutes ago because you are of value to me.

Interviewer: It’s that simple?

Noah: Why shouldn’t it be?

Interviewer: I did a little research into your past and there are some inconsistencies here and there. Would you care to elaborate?

Noah: No.

Interviewer: You don’t think that hurts your credibility?

Noah: No one cares.

Interviewer: You have encouraged me to state what I feel, I think that I care.

Noah: You don’t, what you really want is a scoop, a moment, a talking point, something to take away from this interview where you feel that you’ve done something to raise your status above an oversaturated marketplace where anyone with a twitter account can make, “news”.

Interviewer: That is a bit insulting.

Noah: I never said it wasn’t.

Interviewer: Facts?

Noah: Use them or don’t.

Interviewer: Let’s try this another way then, is there anything about you that you feel is misrepresented or that you’d like to clear up?

Noah: I think I do a pretty good job of controlling what I want people to know and not know about who I am.

Interviewer: So there is nothing that would surprise people that believe they know you?

Noah: I think that some of the closest people to me know me the least.

Interviewer: I was actually speaking about the public at large but your answer is a bit surprising.

Noah: Is it? I think an over familiarity is one of the easiest ways for people to miss a changing reality. All too often people live in a space of what they believe people are rather than the reality of what those people actually are.

Interviewer: Then what would the people closest to you not understand?

Noah: Exactly how far I am now willing to go to get what I want.

Interviewer: What is that you want?

Noah: Ultimately, respect.

Interviewer: And you’re willing to…

Noah: Anything up to and including complete and total destruction of the status quo.

Interviewer: That’s a tall order. There are many that would say positivity and construction garners respect.

Noah: People respect different things but the truly powerful ultimately wind up respecting threats and challenges, not at first, but with time. It’s a process.

Interviewer: Much like The System.

Noah: Exactly like The System.

Interviewer: That sounds like a good a time as any to wrap things up.

Noah: You are very welcome.

Interviewer: Okay then.
